I started throwing on the wheel at 15...............

 

............and over the next 3 years developed my own studio complete with a kick wheel, (so I used my leg to turn the wheel), dug my own clay from a local river bank, built several kilns..............then gave it all up to become an Architect / Graphic Designer / Musician. Over 40 years later I've picked up where I left off.

I'm mainly interested in form, and rarely use any decoration, allowing shape to speak for itself.

I only use the potter's wheel to make my ceramics
